You actually learn more in a big corporate company but the problem is Asian is shy. Dare not take initiative to stand out hence no opportunity to learn. In a startup with less than 12 employees you might have chance to learn more as you have access to the coaching from the founder. End of day depends on you. You can learn everything or you can learn nothing in any place and any environment. All depends on your intention.
