Why a remote or work from home job is hard to find? Anyone can suggest a company that offers a job opportunity for a disabled person?

I'm a person with Bilateral Knee Osteoarthritis, it's a form of disability, highly debilitating and I prefer a remote or work from home job in order to be able to manage work, life and pain.

yup, it's quite hard to find remote work nowadays but usually I will recommend to some of my disabled friend to actually do freelance job such as doing marketing for small company, creating blog and other skills that they are good at and can provide. and actually one of my friend even get a full time job at a company that my friend used to work as a freelancer before. you can give it a try.
