Company deducted annual leave for Five days but we're working from home. Should I complaint to Labor Office?

Appreciate you could give some advise as my company has been deducted 5 days annual leave during MCO period (18/03/20-31/0320) while the fact is that at the same time we still work from home. Furthermore, I send an official email to them as I not accepted the deduction of the annual leave. But, they yet reply the email. The 5 days MCO leave deduction in the system is not updated until I took my earned annual leave. Now, as per notified by HR, the deduction will be 2 days annual leave and 3 days unpaid leave as I not enough leave for deduction. Hence, could I a file complaint to labor office or send email to them?

Seek their clarification as to why the leaves have been deducted and prove to them that you have worked for those 5 days from home. Give them time to amend your leaves status, if they fail to, you can tell them that you shall make a complaint with their authorities.
