Company deducted annual leave for Five days but we're working from home. Should I complaint to Labor Office?
Appreciate you could give some advise as my company has been deducted 5 days annual leave during MCO period (18/03/20-31/0320) while the fact is that at the same time we still work from home.
Furthermore, I send an official email to them as I not accepted the deduction of the annual leave. But, they yet reply the email.
The 5 days MCO leave deduction in the system is not updated until I took my earned annual leave.
Now, as per notified by HR, the deduction will be 2 days annual leave and 3 days unpaid leave as I not enough leave for deduction.
Hence, could I a file complaint to labor office or send email to them?
