Hi, if intern period is just 2 months but the student is willing & agreed to stay another 2 months before their new course start. Should I include/mention these additional 2 months in the intern offer letter? Whats to stop them from leaving after they finish their 2 month?

Cos honestly... 2 month waiting for new course to start, I'd rather work at McD, pays more then being an intern.
