Can we absorb intern as our employee?

We have an urgent role to fill, but the only one available currently is our ex-intern. He had just finished his internship with us before the MCO and will be completing his study after the internship. The question is, can we absorb him as our employee?

It's better to have him onboard as he already understand your company's culture and working patterns. This way you reduced your cost of retraining if you need to hire a new person. Best investment is when you have good interns in your company and absorbing them will be the best so I would suggest that.
