Does you all give AL to internship?

Hi Guys. Would like to check with you all, does you all give AL to internship? Working in F&B. Need advice on it. thanks

No we dont, in fact they are not enttiled to any staff benefit. But we will allow them to be on leave as long as they provide valid supporting docs and discretion of the supervisor.

As far as i know interns and probationary workers are not entitled to any staff benefits.

yeah... interns are not entitled any benefit as employee.. some company even do pro-rate internship allowance if they apply leave or MC

probationary workers is under EA 1955, better be careful, they shall enjoy benefits as normal staff with basic requirement as normal employee (such as MC, OT, AL and etc)
