I need advice for interview as fresh graduates.

Hi everyone! I have an upcoming interview for an IT Support role, but I don’t have prior experience in this field. I do have a background in Computer Science and some technical knowledge, but I’m unsure what to expect in terms of technical questions or hands-on tasks. For those with experience in IT Support, do you have any advice on how I can prepare? What are some common challenges in this role, and what skills should I highlight during the interview? I’d really appreciate any tips/insights

Since you have a Computer Science background, focus on highlighting your problem solving skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Expect basic technical questions like troubleshooting network issues, setting up user accounts, or diagnosing hardware/software problems. Some interviews may include scenario based questions, so be ready to explain your thought process clearly.
