Is it ok to reschedule interview to a later date (can't take leave for two weeks due to part time job)? If can, should I tell the employer that I have part time job to commit?

You can inform to the employer that you taking part time job and unable to attend interview due to you need to commit as it on-going for weeks only. You also may request the interview thru the phone call if possible and tell how you interested to attend the interview.
