Can being yourself really secure a job that you want?
I have heard advices about "Just be yourself" during interviews, be it face-to-face or video assessment. Growing up as an introvert for not being able to express myself well won't get me far. I will have to not "be myself" to appear as a candidate who stands out from the crowd.
Hello Aisyah, by what it means be yourself over here it's more to you do not lie to your employer in order for you to get the job. I believe that being introvert does not mean that you can't talk right? I believe that even though you're an introvert, you have you own talent, and it's time for you to unleash yours. Do not keep it inside and let it out, okay? :)
