The employee wanted to change job that are lesser salary with the current one. how?

One of my employee transfer dept. She'ss actually from operator to clerk. So her salary also adjusted higher. But then, she wants to go back as operator downgrade her ownself. So, can the salary adjusted back as operator ?

then you can do the discussion and inform the person on the JD, salary etc. once agreed do acceptance letter officially, specify the adjustment, acknowledge and agreed by the person
