Based on the information provided, it seems that you are currently working as a promoter for Company X. During your probation period, you mentioned that you are having difficulty understanding how to use the computer for customer payments. The manager has informed you that if you still don't understand the computer tasks after the third month of probation, they will terminate your employment without paying the final month's salary. However, you have received your salary for the first two months. In this situation, it is essential to review your employment contract and probation policy to determine the specific conditions and provisions related to termination and salary payment. Companies typically have guidelines and policies in place regarding probation periods, job performance, and termination procedures. These policies vary depending on the country and company, so it's essential to refer to the specific employment documents provided to you by Company X.If the terms of your employment contract state that termination without salary payment is permissible under these circumstances, it may be within the company's rights to do so. However, it is essential to ensure that the company is following their own policies and adhering to legal regulations in your jurisdiction. If you believe that your termination without salary payment would be unjust or in violation of your employment rights, it is advisable to consult with a labor or employment law expert who can review your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance. They will be able to analyze the terms of your employment contract and the applicable labor laws to determine if any violations have occurred.Remember, this response is based on the general understanding of the situation provided, and it may be helpful to seek professional advice to address the specifics of your case.
