First of all, there is not so called “Probationer” or “Confirmed” employee under Employment Act 1955. Hence, a probationer will enjoy the same rights as confirmed staff under Employment Act. However, most company will set different “rights” or “entitlements” for probationer such as bonus entitlements and some other fringe benefits which not covered under the Employment Act.
