星期六放假可以扣钱吗？

我公司六天制，明天哈芝节假期，星期六本来要做，可是工厂决定关闭，那员工也只能休息。那星期六那天可以扣钱吗？我怕员工投诉说是工厂关闭不是他们不要来

You can not force staff to take leave unless the staff willing to deduct the leave.... Or else people complain to LABOUR OFFICE you will have big trouble. You only able to declare under public holiday leave only
