Hi, I am curious of how to handle this situation. A staff post in group says on MC that day. Then, someone saw the employee eat at shop the same day and snap picture and sent to management group page. Trying to say that the MC is fake. What / How can the sick employee react to the situation?

if the mc is valid and not fake, should be okay. if got mc, doesnt mean someone need to stay on the bed for the whole day.Just because employee eat out it doesnt mean mc is fake..HR must be mature enough & be well informed not to entertain every sort of complain,of cause if HR itself confused everything becomes an issue..unless during mc employee is doing buggee jumping ,partying than it could be MC abuse
