Hi, wanna check with you on a situation as follow : Ali started working for Company A since 2015 as Admin Clerk. In 2017, Ali was promoted to Admin Executive and transferred to Company B as Company A no longer operating. Then in 2018, Ali was transferred to Company C as Company B also no longer operating. Therefore, should Company C recognise/observe Ali's year of services since 2015 or 2017? Only Salary or Wages contribute to EIS right? Others not subject for EIS

Of course must recognize his service year frm 2015, he's "transfer" bcos he follow company policy & instruction except he resign and re-join your company
