First foremost, what purpose you want to borrow your money? The best solution, discuss with your manager/HR. If the organization allow their employee loan their money, it might have clause and agreement between you and the company.

I don't think it's necessary to borrow money form your boss due to while in 6 month of working you still can do saving for at least Rm100 per month.
