work in growingsmall apparel business company selling used garments. Work scope requires hanging, ironing, shooting and posting. Kpi evaluate based on 1 week probation. Is 1 week evaluation accepted?

During the time i work part time in retail, usually I don’t have probation but i get training around 1 week.
