Just go to jtk n make a complain n claim back tru them.Pay for the month she work after minus whatever she hold u n you hold her.Then bring all this doc when u file a case on her at JTK.Remember pay her before or by 7th.You dont hv the right to hold her salary or what so ever.

I wonder if the company really wants to pursue the claim. As suggested by a college, offset the notice period with the wages earned. The shortfall will now be less than 2K. And also offset the unused AL is any. Once you determined the loss, do ask if it is worth spending time and effort to recover this sum. I would rather encourage you to work on strengthening your Policy on resignation and educate the employees. Just take it as a good riddance which would have otherwise cost you time and money to remove her.
