Hi guys, is there any company implement skills allowance or performance allowance for operator ?

Could you advise how to evaluate the performance allowance whether the operator entitle for the performance allowance or not.

Is depend on you or the manager. Which things you want to measure thier performance. For example: attendance, work load, Quality, delivery time, mistake/ wrong items...
