Hi there. Recommend you to be a MEF member. They provide services in IR related matters up to conciliation and court reps (with minimal fee), training, information and guidelines (any amendments) and etc

Personally, I took MIHRM membership and it's easier for me to get advice. They are more practical and friendly compared to MEF.
