I can share some things we've been doing in my team. We have weekly catch up calls on Zoom, and we try different themed-calls. (Funky headgear, places you would like to visit, etc) and we get our team members to share if they're struggling with something and other team members can suggest some solutions they have tried. Sometimes, the thing they are struggling with is maintaining productivity, so i think it's not advisable to scold them at this point, instead try to suggest ways to increase productivity.
