Employee taking longer time on Friday lunch hour. What should I do?

At my new working place, employees are taking longer lunch hour on Friday defending its a compulsory for all whereas management fixed only 1 hour except muslim males. Can I get any input?

At my working place only muslim male got lunch hour for 2 hours. Others follow usual lunch hour time which is one hour.

Friday prayer its only for muslim male employees. My company do not practice Friday prayer break for female. Nevertheless I do work with the company who practice friday prayer break for female/male workers before, but i will be back & start working by 2.00pm. Perhaps you want to see the percentage of Male muslim workers, compare to female. If only 2-3 male compare whole group of ladies. just give the guys time off for prayer. If you have more men, then give time off to female as well. Switch off lighting and aircond , cost saving
