When you say improve, you need to outline what improvements you want to make and in which category. It can be in computer skills, communication skills, letter writing, report writing etc. Identify this and seek guidance from your superior who may recommend to you on-the-job training or external training. If the company is not able to provide this due to time and budget constraints, then enroll in a few courses or training programs by yourself.
