As a new-comer, idk how to improve, others don't tell, how?

When you say improve, you need to outline what improvements you want to make and in which category. It can be in computer skills, communication skills, letter writing, report writing etc. Identify this and seek guidance from your superior who may recommend to you on-the-job training or external training. If the company is not able to provide this due to time and budget constraints, then enroll in a few courses or training programs by yourself. Alternately, you can go through the company's handbook or SOPs where available to learn more about the company. Hope this helps.

Hi!

I understand as a new-comer, it must be hard for you. so the best advice I can give to you is be pro-active, instead of waiting them to teach you, you can ask them questions and then you can do self-study as well. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. It's okay, you're in learning mode! Good luck!
