Any HR course with certificates that recommend?

I’m fresh graduate from Australia university. I’m not familiar with Malaysia Enployment Act and payroll. I would like to further my studies with improving my HR skills and increasing more knowledge.

There have few ways you can get certification in HR Management for Malaysia where you can learn about Malaysia Employment Act (EA) and payroll:

  1. Malaysia Institute of Human Resources Management (MiHRM) - their lecture is experiences related to Employment Law, Act and payroll https://mihrm.com/
  2. Malaysian Employer Federation (MEF) - If you working and the company have MEF membership, you can go check it out their website http://www.mef.org.my/mefacademy/courses_hrmd.aspx
  3. Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) - if the company you work contribute in HRDF, you may check it out their training course special for members - https://www.hrdf.com.my/
