I’m personally a big fan of watching YouTube videos and podcasts. A good podcast for leadership skills that I like is Adam Grants work life. Very progressive ideas, will set you apart.

You can either get some e-books or if you’re out there, could grab any good leadership books. Can start with 7 Habits by Stephen Covey or other famous leadership gurus like John C Maxwell / Simon Sinek.

7 Habits for Teens book. It was the first leadership/self-development book I read at 18 and it greatly helped my mind set. I think it's not about overloading yourself with leadership material in one sitting, but more about learning something every day. Just one small thing. And practically applying it to your daily life. It's what I have been doing with knowledge, fitness, and a general upkeep of my skill set.

Reading and gaining knowledge is great, via TEDx, https://courses.edx.org/, books etc. but there is also nothing quite like actual experience to help you learn and grow. Though we may be limited physically, we are more connected more than ever digitally. Perhaps find an initiative you hold close to your heart and start something small with likeminded people.

You start a business and you need to manage people. Best way to learn leadership. Just plunge into the unknown but must be a real project.

I love TEDx and would find 18 mins of positivity on it. Leadership is a big topic so maybe can start by narrowing down what areas or where would you like to Improve in.

I’ll take a different spin - leadership starts from yourself and at home; less of programmes, books and videos. Sure, materials will help give perspective and inspire you, but it starts from the smallest of things. Your self discipline with time and tasks, your habits, communication at home, what are you doing to grow, and even how are you keeping fit and well. Leadership is by example, and it starts with you.

Start building things. Try building online communities or even gaming guilds. There is an unfair saying that 'those who can do, those who can't teach'. So, personally I feel you should weigh it 80/20 in terms of doing/vs learning from courses.
