Patut ke saya resign dari company ni atau survive je sampai bila?

Hi MauLuah. Saya nak cerita sikit. Saya sekarang bekerja sebagai HR Assistant di sebuah syarikat pembinaan. Saya baru bekerja sebulan lebih di sini dan ini merupakan kerja pertama saya. Masalahnya, company ni ada masalah dari segi pengurusan branch dan potongan epf yang lambat (3-4 bulan sekali je masuk). Saya pula belum boleh adapt dengan work culture company ni yang terlalu fast-paced.. sebenarnya bukan fast-paced pun tp sebab banyak sangat benda yang diorang tak handle sampai tergendala.. once ada pekerja baru masuk, baru dorg boleh proceed. Saya pun tk faham kenapa.. satu lagi disebabkan saya muda, diorang pandang rendah pada saya dan bercakap dgn nada yang agak rude. Patut ke saya cari je lain atau mcm mana? ke saya yang terlalu manja hm
