Valid ke contract saya walaupun ownership bertukar ? Cth saya sign contracts dengan ex boss sekarang tukar owner dengan yang baru?

Saya berkerja 1 bulan lebih n dah sign contract lepastu dalam contact ada mention yang saya perlu notis 2 bulan untuk berhenti . Sekarang dah sebulan tinggal lagi sebulan kiranya saya kena tunggu or cau je boleh? Lagi satu and saya takde offer letter sebab majikan saya yang penggan boleh ke company buat macamtu? Kalau saya cau boleh dikenakan apa tindakan?

Therefore, you must either wait for the remaining month or negotiate with your new employer for an earlier release. Regarding the offer letter, it is the employer's duty to provide the employee with an offer letter upon employment, but if it was not provided, it does not necessarily invalidate the contract. However, if the employer intentionally withholds an offer letter, legal action can be taken.
