Saya sign kontrak 2 tahun tapi mahu berhenti selepas 6 bulan kerja bagaimana ?

Hi selamat sejahtera, Saya sign kontrak selama 2 tahun dan baru kerja 6 bulan di syarikat tersebut, saya tidak dapat tahan dengan majikan saya dan job scope tak bersesuaian dengan saya, saya amat tertekan dengan kerja yang saya buat sekarang dan mahu berhenti . Tetapi dalam contract mention ( TERMINATION OF CONTRACT This contract is binding for the period of employment as stated under clause 1.. In the event of premature termination of contract by the Employee, he/she is required to pay back the Employer the remaining unserved or unfulfilled contract period at the prevailing remuneration rate. The Employer reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately without serving the required notice or compensation in the event the Employee is found guilty of any serious misconduct, or for sufficient cause.) Saya sudah tidak dapat bertahan untuk berkerja di situ dan berasa amat tertekan . Bagaimana saya perlu buat untuk berhenti dari syarikat ini ?
