What would happen if i give one week notice instead one month due to sickness after getting salary?

Got informed by dr that i got spine problem. Need to take a break resting and do more test to find out more. Worse case could lead to surgery. I want to quit my job immediately instead of taking leave for few days. Im in no good condition to keep working and even if i take leave and get better, going back to my job surely will cause me this pain again as I work in factory that required me to keep standing when doing job. My salary is on 25hb, what will company do if i just give notice right after getting my salary and just left after one week? I really cant work there any longer even for a month nor do i want to risk my health but im quite worried about the consequence, will the company report me or whatsoever. Really need advise.

First and foremost, I hope you take the necessary time to focus on your health and well-being. When it comes to resigning, it is always best to follow the company's policies and procedures. Giving one week's notice instead of one month could be seen as unprofessional and potentially harmful to your working relationship with your employer. However, given your health circumstances, it is understandable that you may need to leave earlier. It would be best to speak with your HR representative or manager to discuss your situation and come up with a solution that works for both parties. In terms of consequences, it is unlikely that the company would take any legal action against you, but it may affect your ability to use them as a reference in the future. I advise that you have an open and honest conversation with your employer and follow the proper procedures for resignation. Take care of yourself and prioritize your health first and foremost.
