Gaji x di bayar pada waktu tetap tmbh lagi dia hold gaji takut orng lari

Masalahnya kan saya ke keje dari 25-7-23 sampai hari ni 8/9/23. Sepatut nya gaji bulan 8 sudah dibayar pada 5/9/2023. Sebab dia hold company ni takut saya lari lepas dpt gaji. Saya sudah bagi surat notice bermula dari 29/8/23 hingga 11/9/23. Notice untuk 2 minggu. Kalo saya lari pun yg rugi saya sbb acc gaji bulan 9 dari 25/8 hingga 5/9 itu sudah 8 hari saya yg rugi. Bukan mereka. Ade nasihat ape yg saya patut buat ke
