Assalamualaikum and hello semua, I've worked on a Finance / Accounting company for the past 1 year now, I have a team consist of 4 person, which they all usually ignores me and always find me as a nuisance in the group chat. Especially the manager, he used to scold at me, called me bad words, blamed me for stuff I didnt do and always find me annoying asking anything in the group. Usually all of the team would ignore my questions about work in the group or just chatting happily with themselves in the group, sometime if the other colleague did something wrong, they didnt mind and fix it together, if it were me, I would get scold at and ignored the rest of the week. SInce hes the supervisor if my team, when we have a work that requires to send before 5.00pm, he would approve it last minute at 4.59pm and always blame me if I'm late after 5.00pm (usually banks dont process after certain period of time) For my working hour, in the offer letter it said 8am - 5pm work time but after that they said my work hour is flexible 8am - 11pm which I've went through for a year now, I mean there's work at a certain time but I would always need to be on standby from that 8am - 11pm time. Sometime if there's an overflow of orders / work, we would continue until saturday (which I didnt get paid if I work on the weekend). For the OT Claim, I never get to claim anything, they would put it aside and called me *manja* and *berkira* with the company, they took back food allowance, we had it for half of the year but now its gone. Sometime I worked after work hours, I never get to claim and in their meeting the boss and supervisor said I dont have any rights to claim anything since I'm only a flexible worker even though in my offer letter its literally said assistant executive, not a flexible or a freelancer. Most of my OT claims are invalid because of this reasoning. I've had 18 days left for annual leave but most of it is still a working day, I had to bring my laptop around during holiday and whenever we're going anywhere during my day off is bringing my laptop and cant focus on the holiday which is kind of sad, all the other staff can take a day off without doing their work ( I had to take care of their mess usually) and while me, I was forced and tagged whenever there's work to do, when I voice it out, all they did was shut me down.
