Apologies, but it seems that there has been a misunderstanding. I understand your frustration regarding the discrepancy between the promised salary increase and EPF deduction in your newly signed one-year contract. In situations like these, it is best to communicate with your employer and seek clarification before making any assumptions or taking any drastic actions. Before deciding to resign with a 24-hour notice, it is advisable to review the terms and conditions stated in your contract carefully. If there is a breach of contract on the employer's side, it may entitle you to certain rights and protections. To proceed correctly, you should consult with a legal professional who specializes in employment law to understand the specific legal implications of your situation. As an HR expert, I cannot provide legal advice, but I do recommend open communication with your employer, seeking clarity on the issue, and exploring possible solutions together. Resigning without proper notice may have legal consequences, and it is important to approach the situation responsibly and in accordance with the labor laws of your jurisdiction. Remember, resolving conflicts through open dialogue and professional negotiations is usually the best course of action to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties involved. Good luck in resolving this matter!
