resignation one month notice,, tapi dah send.. cuma nak make it short.. with penalti pun okay

saya send one month notice,,,,,,saya hantar resignation letter 26/11 .. so basically my last day was 25/12.. tapi saya nak awalkan tarikh resign dalam seminggu.. contoh saya nak last day jadi 18/12 with penaltii,,,boleh ke? cara dia macam mana?
