Pemilihan kerja dalam badan berkanun secara kontrak vs kerja kerajaan secara tetap dan berpencen

Saya ingin meminta pendapat, saya baru bekerja di dalam sektor kerajaan secara tetap dan berpencen. Baru-baru ini saya ditawarkan bekerja di sesebuah badan berkanun tetapi secara kontrak. Untuk makluman, tawaran di badan berkanun berada di gred yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu ia mempunyai bayaran kerja lebih masa berbanding jawatan sedia ada saya yang tiada kelebihan itu. Apakah saya harus menerima jawatan tersebut ?
