Majikan hold gaji pekerja atas alasan dan salah orang lain (Manager/Area manager) logik ke?

Saya dan kawan sekerja berhenti pada 23/2/2024 dan kami dah hantar notice resignation letter sebulan in advance ikut rules majikan yang tertulis di offer letter. Tapi sampai sekarang 3/3/2024 gaji kitorang masih tak dapat alasan sebab HR tak dapat remarks pemulangan uniform. Padahal uniform tu dah dipulangkan masa minggu terakhir bekerja. Offer letter hanya menekankan hanya akan dicas jika tak pulangkan baju tapi sekarang ni company neraka ni suka hati hold gaji untuk sebulan terus. Bila saya dah bising bising contact sana sini baru tahu alasan gaji tak masuk lagi sebab hal ni. Ini bukan masalah saya ni masalah orang lain yang tak reti buat kerja. Adakah saya berhak pergi terus ke Jabatan Sumber Manusia? kerana mengikut Seksyen 69 Akta Penggajian 1955 majikan sepatutnya bayar terus gaji kami masa last contract kami officially ended. Valid ke saya rasa nak report terus atau tunggu je sebelum 7hb?? Saya rasa marah dan baran sebab sorang pun dari pihak majikan tak layan kitorang termasuk manager kitorang yang sampah tu.
