Saya dah bekerja hampir 12 tahun dalam bidang customer services, but now saya dah bosan dan plan nak tukar career dalam bidang HR. Masalah bila saya apply kerja untuk HR admin, kebanyakan syarikat tak terima kerana tiada pengalaman kerja bidang tersebut. So apa tips yang terbaik untuk saya?
