As an recruiter, do you ever wonder that social media live can be one of the recruitment method for scammers? What do these companies do? How does the scamming work?

Yes its true!! My Company received calls from candidates saying that they had applied for our job posts. They were using my Company’s name to lure people in. I met with the candidate, I was in awe. I asked for the candidate’s contact and also an email. Unless the candidate steps up with my Company and lodge a police report, I could hardly do anything.
