Really depends on the type of company / interviewer. Instead of focusing on your physical appearances, channel your energy to focus on your attitude, character, and technical skills.

I can talk a bit on this! I have 8 tattoos, not all very revealing but I do have a few on my arms. When I was jobseeking I would put on a blazer or wear long sleeved shirts to keep it hidden. Once I got confirmed, I just let it go HAHA and wore sleeveless dresses in the office, but when meeting clients or superiors I would just slip on my blazer so it would be hidden. I agree with Joachim that you shouldn't focus too much on physical appearances but people can be judgemental at times. I'd prefer to keep it hidden and let my personality and attitude shine, then hit them with my tatts, cos then they won't be able to judge me as much (i think!)
