My CGPA is comparably low as compared to my friends. Does it means I have a lower chance to get hired?

As mentioned above, I graduated with only 2.9 CGPA in marketing degree.And I've been looking for job for more than 3 months. It was very hard to actually get a job as I'm kind of a introvert person and afraid to stand up and perform well during interviews.

For sure you can get a job, but don't expect high salary.

As a hiring manager, I'd advise you to actually brush up your interview skills first, as we personally value your attitude and your past working experience than your CGPA( most of the time its just a reference).

Its a hard time right now. It's ok that you couldn't find job. Just try and try, you will succeed one day. The most important thing is never lost your hope.
