Sometimes I think the reason why many employers does not really look at my profile is because I am a woman especially in manufacturing or engineering industries. Is this true?

Hi! I know it's been a long time concern for those that are in manufacturing or engineering industries. In fact, I was a Degree holder in industrial industries as I've seen a lot of my friends, especially women are actually in that industry. What you need to do first, ensure that your resume can attract employers at the first glance, that's the most important part. You have to make sure the details are suitable enough for the position that you have applied for, once you get calls for any interviews, I'm pretty sure they will be charmed by your intelligence. Be confident in yourself!
