Mohon nasihat n pandangan yg mengikut undang-undang. trimakasih

Based on the information provided, it seems that you are facing an unpleasant situation at work. It is important to understand your rights as an employee and the appropriate course of action to take in this situation. Here are some suggestions: 1. Consult with the Labour Department (JTK): Consider reaching out to JTK and explaining your situation to seek advice on the best course of action. They can provide guidance on your rights, potential claims, and how to handle the transfer issue. 2. Seek legal counsel: To better understand your legal rights and options, you may also consider consulting with an employment lawyer who specializes in labour law. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific circumstances. 3. Notice of Termination: If you decide to resign, it is generally advisable to provide your employer with a written notice of resignation. This will help protect your rights and ensure you are in compliance with any contractual obligations regarding termination. 4. Unfair termination claim: If you believe that you are being unfairly forced to resign or if your employment is terminated without proper cause, you may have grounds to file an unfair termination claim against your employer. Consult with legal counsel or JTK to understand the requirements and process involved. It is important to note that the advice provided is general in nature and may vary depending on the specific employment laws and regulations in your country. Seeking professional advice will provide you with the most accurate and appropriate guidance for your situation. Good luck and I hope you are able to find a resolution.
