Any letter that we need to give employee to come back to KL?

Hey guys, i got a staff who got stranded in Penang as he went up for a medical check-up on 27april. He is still in Penang but since PM said 4th may can start work, is there a letter that we need to give him or can he come back to KL?

Best HR provide a letter to confirm his employment with your company n he is due to commence work on Monday . Also have him carry the medical results clearance . Just email him the letter so he had it when stop for Checks . Do include a number to call for validation of employment
