Do we need to do Ikrar Akujanji after MITI approval?

If company already have Miti approval earlier, do we need to do (Ikrar Akujanji)? Anyone can advise? Thanks.

If you have approval from MITI and his name submitted you will have bar code which is whn police officer stop him they can check through bar code. My company privided a digital letter to them with letter approval from MITI.and also indicate HR contact number if police officer need for further clarification.
