Can company issues warning letter if refuse to come to work

Anyone could confirm for the period of extended MCO, if the company has granted to carry on the business but the staff refused to work for the said period, the days should capture as unpaid or annual leave? Also can the company issue the warning letter?

You have to discuss with your Management on way forward. MCO will have an impact on how we work and our financial capability. Some of the company will asked staff to utilislze their annual leave and those exhausted on his or her leave will nees to be placed under no pay leave.
