Do we need to get staff consent before doing urine test?

If staff is suspected of taking drugs and we want to do a urine test. Must we get employees to consent first?

my side have similiar case and i escort the staff to the clinic for test. I also make sure to escort him to toilet to make sure he don't go borrow others people urine. Normally for quick result, they have a drug test kit, but the accuracy is 75% but if go thru a proper lab, then will be 99% accurate. While waiting for the lab report, we put in suspension until the result is out.
