How if company refuse to pay double to staff who work on PH?

If staff is required to work on public holiday, company have to pay them double is it? What if company refuse to pay double and giving excuse as they agreed and company also did not cut their pay during CMCO?

Yes, they need to pay double and contracting out from a statutory provision of the law is unlawful. I understand your position as a HR, so what I can advisem you need to tell the management about the regulations and they need to make a call. Anything that goes wrong, they will have to take the blame not you.
