Can the company choose no in the MITI report?

MITI daily report, if we are not in the construction/ security line, any problem if the company chooses No?

There is an option that says Tidak Berkenaan (Tiada Pekerja Asing). I think it depends on your industry and also sometimes the format changes from time to time.
