If we are working from home but one of the staff can't work today and since there is no paid or unpaid leave during this period, we have to let them not work right? It's hard when a lot of staffs is actually managing their family and its not easy during this period.

Basically it's the same like working in the office. Except now the new norm, "home" is their office now. If staffs had a fever or sick, they need to have valid MC.
