Have doubt here regarding Domestic Inquiry ... By practice, DI is an internal hearing held by employer to ascertain an employee whether any misconduct or not. Would it involve outsider as witness in the hearing? outsider????why and how?? Do you encounter the situation whereby you would need to invite outsider?

we engage a service with IWK for sewerage treatment service 2 months ago. After service, the team (4 person) came, they asked to pay, without official receipt from IWK .. we suspect the money that we paid go in to their own pocket. Therefore, we raise a complain to IWK pertaining this issue. And IWK officer from HQ also came to interview us pertaining this. According to them, 2 guys already self-quit. another 2 refuse especially the senior. Investigation had been done by IWK .. but my doubt here is why they want us to attend for their DI

yes .. i agreed with you ... is up to their final decision whether to keep or to fire the staff after hearing

Did IWK force you to attend their DI? If no, then I do not see the point of attending and DI should be there internal issue to have handled and settled by their own
